Fire heavily damages East Wenatchee area home

No one was injured in a fire that caused extensive heat and smoke damage to an East Wenatchee area home Tuesday afternoon.
Douglas County Fire District two Chief Chuck Fenton says crews arrived in the 19 hundred block of Northwest Cascade around 2-45p.m     The blaze,  which caused extensive heat and smoke damage in the home's interior,  is believed to have started as a cooking fire.
